For Students
Step Into a Story Bigger Than Yourself
You were made for more than just competing, studying, or checking boxes. You were made to live on mission. At The Impact Collective, we create opportunities for you to serve, grow, and lead, right now, right where you are. Through Christ-centered mission trips built for student-athletes (and students from all backgrounds), you will experience what it means to live boldly for Jesus in real, practical ways. And have the chance to use your athletic gifts to be on mission through sports camps and ministry.
What It’s Like
The Experience
A mission trip with The Impact Collective is not just a chance to travel—it is a chance to change. You will see new places and meet incredible people, but most importantly, you will discover more about who God is, who you are, and how your life can make an impact. Our trips are designed to stretch your comfort zone, deepen your faith, and spark friendships that last beyond the season.
Whether you are an NCAA or NAIA athlete, part of a campus ministry, or just exploring faith, there is a place for you here.
What You’ll Do and Learn
Here is what your time on mission will look like:
Serve in local and international communities
You will partner with ministries and leaders on the ground to meet real needs: building, coaching, mentoring, serving and loving others in tangible ways.
Grow in faith
Every trip includes team devotionals, worship, and a powerful spiritual formation retreat to help you slow down and hear God clearly.
Build leadership skills
Step up. Take initiative. Lead your teammates. These trips are built to develop your voice, your confidence, and your ability to influence others for Jesus.
Make lifelong connections
You will bond deeply with your teammates, fellow athletes, and leaders, and you will return home with a community of friends who are also pursuing Jesus with purpose.
What to Expect on a Trip
Trips usually last 7–10 days and include a mix of service, outreach, cultural engagement, and spiritual formation. Whether we are serving in a Native American community, leading sports camps for kids, or helping with construction in underserved areas, each day is full of purpose.
At the end of each trip, we lead a 1–3 day spiritual formation retreat: a time to pause, reflect, worship, and prepare to return home changed. These retreats happen in breathtaking places like Zion National Park or the Rocky Mountains, because we believe nature is one of God’s best classrooms.
You will come back with more than just memories, you will come back with a transformed heart.
