The Impact Collective exists to empower college student-athletes and the coaches who shape them, to live boldly for Jesus through transformative mission experiences. We create meaningful opportunities for service, spiritual formation, and leadership development, both locally and globally, so that every student returns home changed, ready to love, lead, and live on mission wherever they are.
Our Core Initiatives
Where Mission Meets Formation
Each of our programs is rooted in the love of Christ and designed to multiply impact through personal growth, leadership, and service.
Mission Trips
Domestic and international trips centered on Christ, built for student-athletes, and focused on serving the marginalized through construction, outreach, and youth sports ministry.
Leadership Development
Through team-based discipleship, pre-trip training, and post-trip retreats, students are equipped not just to lead on the field, but to lead in faith.
Community Engagement
We partner with local and global ministries already doing powerful work, coming alongside them to serve, support, and build lasting relationships.
Storytelling & Documentary Media
We believe stories change hearts. Through photography, film, and personal reflection, we capture and share the impact of missions to inspire others to go and give.

Every trip leaves a mark – on students, on communities, and on the Kingdom. From Native American reservations to inner cities to villages overseas, we have seen students’ lives radically changed by the love of Jesus. We have witnessed coaches reignited in their faith and entire teams return with a renewed sense of purpose. These are not just stories. They are testimonies of what God can do through ordinary people who say “yes.”
